With over 35 years of experience as an audit partner in both the public and private sectors, including 22 years of experience with international accounting firms, Steve currently services audit and business consulting engagements with a focus on technology, manufacturing, telecom, software, drug discovery, and medical device companies. Steve Austin brings a significant amount of experience and expertise in financial accounting and auditing to The Red Flag Group board.

Adrian held a number of executive, board and advisory positions including Executive Vice President of North America for the electronic publishing division at one of the world’s leading business information companies, and leading the consolidation and growth of the European media business at one of the largest financial publishing houses. Adrian’s experience in building global media and data-based businesses will be invaluable to The Red Flag Group over the coming year.

Annette is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for New York Life International. She is responsible for the compliance and ethics programmes for all international operations for New York Life. Prior to this role, Annette was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for AIA Co. With over 20 years’ experience in the compliance profession, Annette’s wealth of experience spans a number of roles in compliance as a regulator, in-house compliance manager and industry specialist.

Scott, CEO of The Red Flag Group, has over 15 years experience in legal, compliance, internal audit, export control, ethics and corporate governance, providing counselling and advice to senior management throughout the world in the development of legal and compliance practices. Scott has worked as a senior director and general counsel in various multinational corporations in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong, and has significant experience in complex compliance issues.
