Programme Enhancement Analysis
Every compliance programme must be continually analysed and improved. They are living and breathing programmes.

An essential part of compliance is monitoring, measuring and improving the compliance programmes. However, having someone continually looking at the same program often creates blind spots where there is reluctance to change - or even notice - deficiencies. Our services are designed to act as an independent source to review and propose improvements to your programme. This may involve certain reviews, interviews and even a mini-audit to check whether the essential parts of the programme have been implemented effectively and are meeting their stated requirements. Our enhancement analysis advisory work can also be extended to include certifications that programmes are in accordance with underlying obligations and that the programme is industry standard and meeting accepted requirements.

Case studies
The enactment of the UK Bribery Act meant for many companies there became a need to conduct a review of their FCPA/anti-bribery programmes to address whether they were in conformance with the new legislation. A major mining company instructed our team to assist with this review and to generally improve their programme in light of the additional obligations under that legislation.
A large IT hardware vendor instructed us to conduct a review of its anti-trust programme to determine whether new laws coming into effect in China necessitated changes to their global programme.
