A solution for companies needing compliance assessments for their international partners.
Compliance Interview Solution is designed to assist companies needing high-level interviews with the executives running their third parties in order to assess and audit compliance knowledge and commitment. These are usually local-language compliance interviews focused on significant resellers around the globe.
Such interviews generally require attorney-level resources, and as many companies do not have these resources nor the multi-language capabilities in house, they utilise the Red Flag Group’s international resources to deliver the interviews.

Solution Process
The usual process to implement such a solution is for our advisory team to meet with the client legal and compliance team to assess the number and urgency of the interviews. Once a general overview of what is required has been achieved, resources are assigned and a plan is made to arrange for the interviews.Our attorneys will then interview the relevant senior executives in local language. These discussions usually delve into essential issues such as codes of conduct, company financials, sales processes, third party resellers, customer relationships, FCPA compliance, as well as bribery and corruption risks in general. Once the interview is complete our team will transcribe the conversation and issue the report to the client in English.
Our interviews allow our client to make an effective ranking of partners. Those that meet compliance requirements are quickly approved and business continues as normal. Those severely lacking a compliance commitment and those with clear compliance issues can often be removed from the client’s partner list at this point. For those in the middle we can assist the client to implement a compliance remediation programme to address and remediate those issues with as little disruption to the business as possible.
The Due Diligence Manager is useful as it allows for the interview cases, findings and resolutions to be tracked in one central location along with any other due diligence files.
The Questionnaire Tool™ can be used to track responses to specific questions in the interviews and to assign specific levels of risk to specific responses, which is useful in deciding how to proceed with the third party and in providing auditable evidence of why a certain partner was approved or declined.
