Scott, CEO of The Red Flag Group, has over 15 years' experience in legal, compliance, internal audit, export control, ethics and corporate governance, providing counselling and advice to senior management throughout the world in the development of legal and compliance practices. Scott has worked as a senior director and general counsel in various multinational corporations in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong, and has significant experience in complex compliance issues.

Scott has worked in several industries, ranging from insurance to high technology. He has led corruption investigations in over 20 countries. He has spoken at conferences on compliance in the US, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, India and the United Arab Emirates, and is an avid writer, having written over 50 articles published in leading newspapers and journals.

Andrew, Vice President and Senior Consultant of The Red Flag Group, has been involved in the development and implementation of compliance risk assessments, developing compliance programmes for multinational companies and conducting due diligence background screening. Andrew has also been involved in conducting health checks, audits, reviews, IntegrityCircles™ and other compliance assessments in multiple countries with a focus on FCPA compliance, gifts and entertainment, and general regulatory enforcement.

Before joining the firm, Andrew was a 10-year veteran at GlaxoSmithKline, and prior to that in private practice and an associate to a district court judge.

He has also worked for a major law firm in Sydney, where he was responsible for the implementation of the firm’s electronic discovery capability, as well other legal IT tools.
 

Adrian, Executive Director of The Red Flag Group (BVI), is a senior executive with significant experience in the electronic publishing industry and the financial media sector.
 

Before joining the firm, Adrian has held a number of Non-Executive board and corporate advisory positions including:

- Executive Vice President of North America for the electronic publishing division at one of the World’s leading business information companies

- Managing Director of Europe, Adrian led the consolidation and growth of the European media business at Thomson Financial

- Chief Executive Officer of a consultancy, systems and service provider to the global investment banking and investment management community
 

Currently he is also consulting on projects as a partner within Pictetstar Capital.
