Our User Integration with ComplianceDesktop® Connect

ComplianceDesktop® Connect allows you to connect all your ERP systems to your ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform.
 
ComplianceDesktop® Connect uses a methodology that allows the integration of data in our customers’ IT and ERP systems with the ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform, regardless of the system they are using. This solution works with everything from global ERP systems and other commercial software applications to systems our customers have developed themselves. The ComplianceDesktop® Connect service uses a best practice Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture to securely send defined messages between the various systems being connected.
 
Key features and benefits:
  • More cost effective for customers because we don’t need to build a custom solution for each desired integration point
  • More secure because the systems use various message passing mechanisms rather than direct network connections; external systems can interact with the ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform via web services using Public Key Infrastructure; automatic authentication and data encryption throughout each transaction via the public network is provided according to the WS-Security standard
  • More available by adding high fault tolerance and flexibility into the design and architecture
  • More scalable by allowing complex message exchanges.

Examples of ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform integration:
  • Connection between the ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform and customers’ various HR systems in order to keep data about users accurate and up to date. This may involve those joining, leaving and changing positions and include information about their position in the company and the management structure.
  • Connection between Gifts Travel and Entertainment Tool and customers’ travel and expense systems for notifications and review of expense declarations.
  • Connection between Partner Manager on the ComplianceDesktop® Technology Platform and customers’ ERP and channel management systems.
