HealthCheck Solutions
A 'HealthCheck' can either be directed at a particular Compliance area - like the 'FCPA HealthcheckTM' or be a broader audit of internal controls within your Compliance Program or your Organisation’s Code of Conduct. The HealthCheck may focus on particular area of your business, high risk countries or locations, a joint venture or intermediary relationship, subsidiaries with a history of non-compliance or areas where your organisation is experiencing significant growth.
Examples:
  • The Anti-Bribery / FCPA HealthCheckTM determines the current state of compliance and awareness of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery laws/regulations that apply to your organization, a particular country, division, or an office location. It is designed as a proactive solution that provides you with detailed findings and recommendations to implement or improve the effectiveness of your organization's Anti-Bribery / FCPA Compliance Program.
  • The Compliance HealthCheck is a broader test of your Compliance Infrastructure, its effectiveness, implementation and robustness.
  • Third Party/Intermediary/Agent Integrity HealthCheck Solutions test the overall health of your program for Third Party/Intermediary/Agent Screening. Our testing Solutions looks at the overall process of engagement of third parties, the contracts involved and specifically conducts independent third party integrity analysis and due diligence on selected random third party/intermediaries
