Who We Are
The Red Flag Group provides a wide range of consulting and compliance services to multinational companies, with a key focus on delivering practical, business-oriented advice and solutions to manage risk and improve corporate compliance programmes.
The Red Flag Group was founded in 2006 by former in-house counsel and compliance officers of large multinational companies who wished to provide their skills to companies looking to enhance their compliance infrastructure. We are a mix of former in-house counsel, compliance officers, accountants, regulatory officials and trainers - all tasked with building innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Our organisation was founded on three key values:

- Our commitment to quality is paramount. Our clients demand the highest level of quality and we strive to exceed expectations every time. We obtained ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications by BSI in March 2011.
